Internships~!

Jobs with my studio are less like a job and more like a crash course in owning a photography business and of course some silliness thrown in!

No matter what you do here, you’ll be a part of something amazing!

I  create images that have a magazine quality to them, capture peoples personality and more importantly treat my clients with respect and friendship.

I work hard and I play hard. There might be easier jobs and more fun out there but I’m certain they’re not going to give you a true and honest glimpse into what it takes to run a boutique photo studio.

Regardless of what you want to pursue at the studio whether it’s taking care of clients, marketing or designing albums that will live on for generations, we want the best. Smart, creative, up for anything, ready for a challenge and filled with passion for what they do…does that sound like you? Awesome! We’d love to hang out with you-you’re just the kind of person we want on our team.

Please click on the link and  fill out the application to be considered for one of my internship positions. If what you you are looking for meshes up with what I am looking for, we can get together and chat about it more in depth.

Unveiling Our Camp Bow Wow Troy Pooch Gallery~! (royal oak dog photographer)

FINALLY~!

This project has been in the works since the beginning of the summer when we met Paula from Camp Bow Wow at a dog event we did in Clawson. We photographed 7 of their best clients for this amazingly fun and colorful gallery installation in their lobby!

It took a while to get all the dogs in and photographed and then choose which images we would use, but it’s done, it’s up and it’s AWESOME~!

If your anywhere near the Troy area and you have a pooch – Camp Bow Wow is the super best in this area! My pooches, Doug + Daisy both go there on a regular basis for both daycare and boarding and we couldn’t be happier with them.

Adoptable Dogs Looking for Homes~!

On Saturday we photographed 5 more dogs for Paws For Life Rescue.

Each of these 5 pooches was so incredible, beautiful and in need of a family to take them in and show them some love like they deserve.

If you are considering adopting a new dog or cat, please take a look at the available animals on Petfinder and these guys here.

You can view all of their available animals here.

This is Austin. He is a 2ish year old German Shepherd mix.

Austin is very friendly, affectionate and handsome, Austin has one blue eye and one brown. He is a special dog. He’s a smart dog and he loves to learn. Austin is energetic and fun. He is playful, happy, outgoing and active. Austin is also a great snuggle buddy. He is almost 2 years old and he is already neutered. Austin loves going for car rides. His previous owner would just let him run, he would get picked up by concerned citizens who saw him running in the road. They would stop their car, open the door and Austin would just jump into the car and lie down. Austin needs a family who will spend time with him, love him dearly and play with him.

Show him a better life for only $75.

This is Clancy~! He is a 10 week old Shepherd mix.

A puppy at it’s best. He sells like puppy. He’s soft and amazing. I almost took him myself.

Clancy has a brother (below), Rudy. They were found in a box  at a rest stop in Atlanta :( Can you even believe that?!

Show him a better life for only $100.

This is Rudy~! He is also a 10 week old Shepherd mix~!

Clancys brother (above) also such a super cutie puppers~! He has a face to die for with extra face wrinkles~! Face wrinkles are the best~!

He posed very well for photos. I believe that that means he will be easily trainable. I am no expert, but I have met a billion dogs.

If you take both puppies, you get a discount~! A puppy discount?! That’s the best discount I have ever heard of!

Show him a better life for only $100 OR get both puppers for only $150!

This sweetie is Noelle. She is a 2 year old Pit mix.

Noelle was found wandering a neighborhood in the cold snowy weather VERY pregnant. She was taken to the local animal control shelter, but no one ever claimed her. She was transferred to the Rescue so she could have her puppies in the clean, safe, loving environment of a home. Noelle gets along well with other dogs and she loves to sleep in bed with you, go for car rides and take walks. She’s a sweet, loving little girl who just wants a family to call her own.

Nate fell in love with her and played with her for a long time. She is for sure a classic sweetie. She just hung out and played with toys. Very relaxed.

Show her a better life for only $75.

This is Pesche. He is a 10 month old Pit mix.

A definite mutt, h is a neutered male pittie mix and he is AWESOME with other dogs – very submissive actually. He should not go to a home with cats though. He shows quite a bit of interest in cats. He is a lover and a leaner when you pet him!! Pesche just melts into you for love and affection. He is mostly dark brindle with a little white interspersed on his paws and chest and back of neck. He has spotted ticking like a Pointer or other sporting breed. His breed combo is our best guess. We just know he’s handsome, loving and tons of fun. He is really just a sweet, friendly and happy dog. Pesche loves going for walks, car rides and getting a bath. Give Pesche the home of his dreams!

This is the dog I was most drawn to. He has this short stumpy and long body, almost like a basset, with this big over sized pit bull head. He has the “it” factor. This is a special guy and I want him more than anything. But Doug anf Daisy keep us pretty busy and we have a cat, which I guess Pesche can’t handle well.

Show him a better life for only $100.

Click on the gallery for more pics of these 5 cuties~! PLUS a shot of the 2 puppies in a bin together~! Yay~!

Anyone who adopts any of these 5 pooches, will get full res copies of all the images we took for free and another full session once they are settled into their new family.
