Lindsay + Michaels Royal Park Hotel Wedding~!

Lindsay + Michael had a gorgeous late March wedding extravaganza at the Royal Park Hotel. They got so lucky with the crazy ass weather we’ve been having and got a ton of great outdoor shots~!

Lindsay is one hell of a stylish woman, as you’ll see from her shoe choice. Christian Louboutins. You know that red sole! So while I don’t normally post 2 shoe shots, these bad boys deserved it.

There wedding day was also the day that Taylor Swift was in town. We all got to see her walk from the hotel onto her bus. I know, right? Big frickin deal! I am not a Taylor Swift fan but I am a fan of celebrities in general, so it was cool to me.

Lindsay + Mike had the most amazing dream team of vendors. I mean right of the bat, there was us, does it get much better than that?! There was Lee Thomas on video. He makes the most amazing wedding films Ive ever seen. Mary Ann Ross on the DJ station. You all know my love for her and my thoughts that she is the best thing to ever happen to weddings since

Lastly, Lindsay + Michaels wedding day was full of laughter. That was the one thing that struck me most as I edited their images. The ketubah signing (Jewish tradition), the ceremony, the reception: all full of intense laughter. Love it.

Beautiful people who are actually madly in love make our job easy as pie~!

Erin + Grant are rad in a lot of ways. Their wedding day was very very rainy so thankfully the whole day was planned to be indoors and they didn’t care about the rain. It’s Michigan, things happen. Have a back up plan.

The Ritz is beautiful. Erin is beautiful. Grant is super handsome. The flowers were beautiful. This was a beautiful wedding.

Danielle + Mike hired us like 15 years ago (2, really) and I cannot believe that their wedding has now come and gone. I have been staring at their names on my calendar for so long that it seems weird to be done with the wedding!

Their entire day took place at the Bay Point Golf Club. We love it there! The ceremony site is so wonderful and the staff are incredibly helpful.

Annie + Brian are one of our out-of-town couples. We did not get a chance to do an engagement session with them, but this time, it didn’t matter~! They are an amazingly stylish and outgoing couple. The stars must have aligned this day because I had a very hard time narrowing down the choices here, so enjoy an extra large blog post~!

Kristin + Dereks wedding day was PERFECT! It rained (a LOT) during the ceremony, which Kristin loved (thunderstorms are pretty cool) and stopped in time for outside posed shots and then started again during the reception! You can’t plan that kind of stuff. We got to work with Erika from Emerald City again too, she is the BEST! Also, the Lafayette Grande is one of most favorite reception venues, Greg and the staff there are incredible!

Katherine + Langdon Get Hitched, Birmingham Style

Katherine and Langdon are classy, down to earth, considerate, photogenic and gracious people. Nate and I enjoyed every minute we got to spend with them on their wedding day.

Everything was so incredibly beautiful. Katherine was stunning (I proposed marriage to her at one point even) and the ceremony and reception setup/decor was incredible (ECD never disappoints).

Emily was beautiful. The ceremony was beautiful. The posed images came out beautifully. The reception was truly beautiful. Even with the rain, this was one heck of a beautiful day for these two.

More brides should wear killer pink shoes! Seriously, no one sees them unless you show them off!:
